Acting on behalf of Hayfin Financial LLP who occupy 10,7000 sq ft on the entire 6th floor of this prestige office development, we have negotiated their rent review effective June 2018 at a nominal increase. The matter was referred to arbitration where the landlord accepted our Calderbank offer on behalf of the tenant following presentation of our submission to the Arbitrator but prior to an award being made by the Arbitrator which resulted in a favourable result for the tenant and the landlord paying our client’s arbitration costs.
